The All-Star Pro-Elite® Japan 34” Open Back Catcher’s Mitt brings authentic Japanese patterns and style to a pro-level catcher’s mitt. Built with premium HIMEJI leather and a lighter overall design, this mitt is engineered for faster receiving with less forearm fatigue while maintaining the durability and feel needed behind the plate.

A rotated hand pattern shifts the finger stalls to create a more natural pocket presentation without requiring the catcher to over-rotate the mitt. The low-profile pinky and thumb regions create a larger pocket and sweet spot, giving catchers more control when receiving and pulling pitches.

The Pro-Elite® Japan mitt also features traditional loose webbing for a quicker break-in and a customizable fit. Its premium HIMEJI leather provides a durable, stiff build designed for custom shaping, while the lighter construction helps promote faster mitt speed throughout the game.
