Protection Status

Returns and Exchanges offers a 30 Day Return Policy on all items which are still in their original condition with wrapper or packaging intact and have not been used.  Items purchased at full MSRP price will be returned for a refund minus a 3% credit card transaction fee, or exchanged for a different product in our inventory (Some Exclusions like Oversized Items and Shoes do not apply). 

Items that are on sale or discounted will be returned at the customers expense and refunded minus a 3% transaction fee, this is to ensure we do not lose money on products and stay with our lower price guarantee

Ordered the wrong bat? Want to Exchange for a different size? Whatever your issue or reasoning for returning we are here to help get you set up!  If your item is in its original condition (Still in the wrapper and unused) we will return or exchange it for you.

If you have a Defective or Broken item, most products sold at HB Sports have a 365 Manufacturer Warranty attached to them.  You can find all Manufacturer phone numbers here.  You can always give us a call anytime and we can direct in the appropriate direction to be helped.

Exchange Policy:

Setting up an exchange does not guarantee that we will still have the item in stock at the time of the exchange. If you would like to guarantee this item, please contact us to purchase the item that you want, and we will issue a refund of the other product upon receiving your returned item.
