The 2027 Wilson A2000 FPHGSS 12” Infield Fastpitch Glove is built for fastpitch players who need one glove that can perform in the circle and all over the infield dirt. New for 2027, Wilson’s updated Flex System™ makes this A2000 easier to squeeze shut from the first time you put it on. The Flex Insert™, a leather and felt hybrid piece running from the thumb to the heel, helps soften one of the toughest areas of the glove to break in. The Flex Liner™ adds a more pliable cut of leather in the pocket, helping the glove close easier without compromising quality or durability.

The FPHG pattern gets its name from the Hourglass Web, a unique web design that helps hide the ball and pitcher’s hand while standing in the circle. Unlike a traditional closed web, the Hourglass Web also provides added flexibility, making this glove a strong option for players who pitch but also need to handle ground balls, line drives, and quick plays around the infield.
