Today we will be discussing the VERY popular JBB and USSSA Baseball Bat, the 2024 Easton Hype Fire, which is offered as a JBB (-12), USSSA (-10), (-8), and (-5). Another notable feature in the 2024 Easton Hype Fire is the newly designed handle. Dubbed the “Optiflex Handle”, This handle has been specifically engineered PER drop and length to “optimize” the handle flex for each specific size producing the best performance and flexibility possible for every player.
Mating the barrel to handle you will find Easton’s newly redesigned “Connextion Max” shock absorbing collar which utilizes an elastomer connector optimizing the overall feel of the bat as well as eliminating vibrations from mishits. To further eliminate the shocks and vibrations from mishits you'll find the Power Boost Knob. Not only does it greatly aid in the total reduction of vibrations, but it also benefits a player by providing more leverage on their swing and provides a nice comfortable feel.
So to sum up with the Easton Hype Fire, this bat is HOT HOT HOT out of the wrapper. With a newly engineered, rigorously tested TCT barrel that provides low MOI, a balanced weight and a massive sweet spot as well as the finely optimized handle that has been properly tuned for each size to optimize the overall performance of the bat for each size available. The combination of all of this has produced arguably one of the hottest bats currently out on the market!

APRIL 8, 2024 Update:
As of April 8, 2024 Perfect Game has announced they have put the -5 Easton Hype Fire on the Suspended List. This means ONLY 30/25, 31/26, and 32/27 Hype Fires can not be used in any Perfect Game Events. These bats are still legal for play in all USSSA Sanctioned Leagues and Tournaments. As we receive any information on this model we will pass it along as quickly as possible.
