Introducing the NEW Victus Vandal Lev3

Welcome back fellow Headbangers to another write-up! In today’s blog we will be introducing the all new Victus Vandal Lev3 which is offered in drops (-10) JBB, (-10), (-8), (-5), and BBCOR (-3). The Victus Vandal Lev3 is a 2 and 3/4th barrel diameter one-piece hybrid baseball bat with a USSSA stamp and a one year manufacturer warranty. The previous models of the Vandal were a HIT, so let's dive into the new Lev3 and what we should expect.

The Design

To start out, Victus has gone with an all new pastel white, black and gold trim as this year's paint scheme followed with a tapered handle (excluding JBB) which is an Ergonomic handle taper design that is a custom-fit for each weight drop. That custom taper design for each drop provides more bat control for each age group as well as a better overall feel. This is designed to be easily removable in order to fit athletes’ preferences. That taper design wrapped in Victus’ Micro-perforated soft-touch grip provides a World class grip and feel. The new Victus Lev3 barrel design is a one-piece aluminum hybrid design built with a carbon composite barrel end. This carbon composite barrel end removes excess weight from the distal end of the bat which in turn, causes overall increased swing speeds. The balancing of the Victus Vandal Lev3 is an ultra-balanced design with low M.O.I which provides faster bat speed through the zone resulting in faster ball exit speeds.

The Technology

Starting with the barrel, we have a Ringless barrel design made up of a multi-variable wall thickness which creates a thinner, more flexible sweet spot for unmatched performance. Outside of the composite barrel end, you have the VXP aluminum alloy barrel material which, like the previous model, provides increased pop and extended durability. Moving down the barrel to the handle we have that nice ergonomic taper and Micro-perforated soft-touch grip as stated above leads into the ALL NEW vibration reducing knob which mitigates sting and unwanted feedback from miss-hits. This all new knob design is actually visible from the bottom which creates a cool appearance and feel.
