I love this bat. It has been great since it was opened. This thing will be my bat for 24 games this season, then hopefully more in the playoffs.

Poor Customer Service

DO NOT take off the plastic before you confirm it is the right bat with the stamp you need. All I did was remove the plastic film and now I’m stuck with a $200 bat I can’t use. I ordered a different bat and they sent me a 25 oz compared to the 27oz I wanted. I also paid for express shipping but it took 4 days to get here which is the same timeframe as “free” shipping. I’m honestly just tired of hassling with them so I’m just gonna bite the bullet on this one. If I were you I’d take my money else where.

  • We Guarantee Same Day Shipping MONDAY - FRIDAY before 3pm Eastern.

  • For any reason your bat does not ship on a normal business day, we will follow up via email in which your account is registered.  
  • Some Oversized Products will require shipping to be paid at checkout.  Some of these products are Baseball and Softballs, Roller Bags, and some Catcher's Gear.  This is 100% based on weight and size of packages.

RETURNS:
   
HB Sports will accept all returns within 30 Days of the Ship Date.  All Items being returned must be in the original condition, unused, in the original wrapper, and with the original receipt to ensure FULL CREDIT is received.  We WILL NOT accept any C.O.D. Returns.  We highly encourage you ship your items back with Insurance and Signature Confirmation for your own protection. 
There will also be a 3% transaction fee removed off of all returns due to credit card processing fees that are not refunded back to us on all purchases.
